Welcome to Let's Play School Preschool, an in-home private preschool in Portland, OR. ​ We offer a Waldorf-inspired education that nurtures each child's potential through a blend of play and academic curriculum. ​ Our program features small classes with two certified teachers, flexible schedules, and advanced Pre-K/Transitional Kindergarten options. Let's Play School Preschool is owned and operated by Lori Boynton. 

 Lori attended Oregon State University where she received her degree in  Liberal Studies with the majority of the coursework in Education. 

She received her teaching degree at Concordia College- Portland OR.

Lori  taught in the public school system as a Seventh Grade Teacher and also as Fourth Grade Teacher. She  found that preschool is where her heart is. Lori  spent 14 years teaching at a local preschool that closed in   March 2020. She  knew then it was time to start the journey of owning and operating her own school. Let’s Play School  Preschool and Childcare opened May 2020.
